The Free plan
You can use Red Seal Hub for free, forever, and you do not need a credit card to start. The Free plan is a great way to explore the study tools before you decide to upgrade.
The Free plan includes 500 MB of storage (about 5 files), 3 practice quizzes per month, 10 AI messages per day, access to a 50 question bank, and basic progress tracking.

Paid plans and prices
Paid plans unlock mock exams, Voice AI, larger storage, and full progress tracking. You can pay monthly, or pay yearly and save about 17 percent (roughly two months free).
Basic is 9.99 per month, or 99.99 per year. It includes 1 GB storage (about 50 files), 10 practice quizzes per month, 1 mock exam per month, 25 AI messages per day, 25 Voice AI minutes per month, a 150 question bank, full progress tracking, and weak area focus.
Apprentice is 19.99 per month, or 199.99 per year, and is the most popular plan. It includes 25 GB storage, unlimited practice quizzes, 5 mock exams per month, unlimited AI messages, 100 Voice AI minutes per month, 50 AI images per month, full question bank access, and Year 1 to 4 pathway readiness.
Pro is 49.99 per month, or 499.99 per year, built for tradespeople with validated hours ready to challenge. It includes 50 GB storage, unlimited practice quizzes, unlimited mock exams, unlimited AI messages, 300 Voice AI minutes per month, 100 AI images per month, full question bank access, advanced analytics, fast-track certification mode, and priority support.

How to upgrade
Upgrading takes a minute and gives you immediate access to the new features. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.
- Go to /pricing to compare the Free, Basic, Apprentice, and Pro plans.
- Choose monthly or yearly billing using the toggle at the top.
- Pick the plan you want and follow the prompts to sign up or sign in.
- Enter your card details on the secure Stripe checkout page and confirm.
- Your new features unlock right away, and you can view your plan any time at /settings/billing.
When you upgrade, you get the new features immediately rather than waiting for your next billing date.
Change or cancel your plan
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.
When you downgrade or cancel, you keep your current features until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your account moves to the lower plan or back to Free.
- Go to /settings/billing.
- Select Manage Subscription to open the secure Stripe billing portal.
- Choose to change your plan, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel.
- Confirm your choice. If you cancel, the date your access ends is shown on the billing page.
If a cancellation is scheduled, your billing page shows the exact date access continues until.
Manage your payment method
Your card and invoices are managed inside the Stripe billing portal, so your payment details are always handled securely.
- Go to /settings/billing.
- Select Manage Subscription to open the Stripe portal.
- Update your card, change your billing details, or download past invoices.
- Save your changes and return to Red Seal Hub.
If a payment fails, update your card here to keep your access without interruption.
Add-ons: extra voice and images
Need more than your plan includes? You can add extra capacity without changing your whole plan.
Voice minute packs are one-time top-ups: 50 minutes for 4.99, 100 minutes for 7.99, or 200 minutes for 12.99. AI image packs are also one-time: 50 images for 4.99, or 100 images for 8.99.
Every paid plan covers one trade, and you choose it when you sign up.
Storage scales with your plan: 500 MB on Free, 1 GB on Basic, 25 GB on Apprentice, and 50 GB on Pro. To get more storage, upgrade to a higher plan.
