For Immigration Consultants (RCICs)

Some parts coming soon

How Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants get listed, pass RCIC verification, connect with internationally trained trades workers, and manage clients, bookings, and earnings.

What Red Seal Hub offers RCICs

Red Seal Hub is where internationally trained skilled trades workers prepare for their Red Seal certification. Many of them will need help immigrating to Canada. As a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, you can list your practice here so those workers can find you when they are ready for that help.

This consultant surface is early. We are still building out the directory, the matching, and the booking flow, and we do not yet have a large pool of students using it. We would rather tell you that up front than promise traffic we cannot back up. If you list early, you are getting in before the audience grows, not joining a busy marketplace.

Only licensed RCICs in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) may give immigration advice. Red Seal Hub does not give immigration advice and does not place or process anyone. The app helps students find and contact you. The professional relationship and all advice stay between you and your client.

Red Seal Hub verifies credentials but does not guarantee consultant conduct or outcomes. Students are told to do their own due diligence too, so a complete, honest profile works in your favour.

Get listed and pass RCIC verification

Verification is required before your profile goes live, on every plan including the free one. There are three checks, and they run in order.

  1. Apply to list your practice from /find-consultant, or start onboarding for your consultant account.
  2. RCIC license check: enter your RCIC number from /consultant/settings. We check it against the CICC public register.
  3. Identity verification: confirm your government ID and a selfie through Stripe Identity. This step unlocks only after your RCIC license is verified.
  4. Background check: an automated background review runs on its own after identity verification. If anything needs a closer look it goes to admin review, and you are notified of the outcome.
  5. Once all three clear, your verified badge appears on your profile and you show up in the directory. Track all of this any time at /consultant/verification.

The verified badge links your RCIC number to the official CICC registry, so students can confirm your license themselves. Keep your CICC standing active to keep the badge.

How students find you

  • Consultant directory: students browsing for immigration help can search by specialization, language, location, and budget. Where you appear depends on your plan. Free profiles get basic placement, and the top paid plans get priority, featured, and top placement.
  • Referral link: every consultant gets a personal referral link. Share it anywhere. When a student signs up through it, they are connected to your profile automatically, and you can see it in your dashboard.
  • Student match notifications: on the Professional and Premium plans, you get alerted when a student matches the services you offer, and Premium can be featured on the student dashboard.

Students can message you before they commit to a paid consultation, so a clear bio, your specializations, and your languages do a lot of the convincing.

Manage clients, bookings, availability, and earnings

Your dashboard at /consultant/dashboard is the home base. It shows upcoming bookings, pending leads, your rating, and recent activity.

  1. Set your availability in /consultant/availability so students can only book times that work for you.
  2. Track every client relationship in /consultant/clients.
  3. Confirm bookings in /consultant/bookings. When a student clicks Book Now it arrives as a pending lead, and you mark it Booked or Did Not Book. Report confirmed bookings within 7 days, since platform fees apply to them.
  4. Watch revenue and payouts in /consultant/earnings, and manage payout methods and transactions in /consultant/billing. You keep the large majority of each service fee after the platform fee.

Some of these screens still show sample numbers while the surface is being finished. Treat them as a preview of the layout, not your real account totals yet.

Sync your services from your website

You do not have to rebuild your service list by hand. On the Growth plan and up you can import your services, pricing, and descriptions straight from your existing website, so students can browse and book them on Red Seal Hub.

  1. Go to /consultant/services and enter your website URL.
  2. We pull in your services, pricing, and descriptions for you to review.
  3. Edit or trim anything, then publish the ones you want students to see.
  4. On Professional and Premium, later changes on your website sync automatically, so your listings stay current without extra work.

Consultant plans and pricing

All plans require RCIC verification, there is no contract, and you can cancel a paid plan anytime with your profile staying active through the end of the billing cycle.

  • Free (forever): directory listing, personal referral link, RCIC verification badge, student inquiries, and basic lead notifications.
